I informed them what I needed and that this would be two projects. We set an appointment and all went great. Daniel was informative and straightforward. Drawings and plans went well. Just a little miss communication, but all got done and we are now under construction. I do have to say. they do move fast. One month in and we have structure all ready.

Very patient, never let us think we were wasting or taking up his time. After discussing our vision and budget we had our design in no time and were very happy with it! An addition of 685 sq. ft. which included a family room, master suite and built in desk area. Daniel has a great... read more team under him; his design team were very collaborative in meeting my vision in drawing up the blueprints; and during the planning stages, his team also handled the burden in being in direct contact with the city in submitting paperwork and following any revisions needed.

During the planning stages, I'd ultimately went with BADC to also handle the getting the addition built. Once the plans were approved and permit obtained, Daniel's construction crew, led by Alejandro, were on the ball to get construction started. During the construction phase, Daniel and his team were great to work with and responsive to any revisions that the city-inspectors, or myself included, had communicated.
